Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Twenty2 E-Commerce, Ziegelhüttenweg 22, 60598 Frankfurt; Email: hello@ohhmydog.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Returns and Refunds of Bundle Offers:

If you wish to return an item from a bundle offer, please note that special conditions apply. Bundle offers allow you to purchase multiple products at a discounted price. If you decide to return one or more items from the bundle, the discount applied to the entire bundle becomes invalid.

For the items you keep, the regular sale price will be charged. The refund for the returned items will be adjusted accordingly, ensuring that you ultimately pay the full price for the items kept. This ensures that the benefits of the bundle offer are realized only if the entire bundle is retained.

By ordering a bundle offer, you agree to these terms.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery and fee (see Terms and Conditions), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

IMPORTANT!

To ensure a smooth processing of your return, please return all items in their original packaging with all accompanying instructions. We cannot accept returns without original packaging or missing parts. This ensures that returned products remain undamaged and complete for further processing or resale. Please note that if these conditions are not met, the return will be denied, and no refund will be granted.

If the return does not meet our return criteria as set out in our policies, we reserve the right to send the goods back to the customer at their expense. We ask all customers to ensure that all returns are made in the original packaging and with all accompanying instructions.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation:

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts:

• For the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (personalizations);
